In November 2025, JIER Marine completed the inspections and delivered the super cone fenders for Nigeria project. We supplied JCO1600H and JCO2000H super cone fender systems.
JIER Marine stood out in the bidding process and successfully won the contract for this project because of the extensive experience of overseas projects, high-quality rubber fender products, and professional design capabilities. The project had strict requirements regarding rubber quality and delivery time. JIER Marine strictly followed technical specifications and arranged the production accordingly, ensuring that the JCO1600H and JCO2000H marine cone fender systems possessed superior performance and fully met the project's berthing requirements. JIER Marine's effective control of the production cycle also received high praise from the owner Sterling Petrochemical & Fertilizer (SPFL).
After production was completed, SPFL commissioned a third-party agency to witness the entire inspection process. JIER Marine's own factory laboratory conducted a series of inspections for the cone fenders and accessories:

All inspections were performed as per PIANC 2002 and project technical specifications. The inspection results met all design requirements, and the third-party personnel witnessed the entire inspection process.
Although this was the first collaboration between JIER Marine and the project contractor and SPFL, JIER Marine earned the trust through the rigorous and professional service and excellent product quality. Based on this positive experience, the client subsequently placed an additional order for mooring bollards and quick-release hooks, further strengthening the cooperative relationship.
The successful completion of this Nigerian project fully demonstrates the comprehensive strength of JIER Marine in the field of overseas port terminal berthing and mooring systems. JIER Marine will continue to take advantage of the full-process service of "design-production-inspection-delivery" to provide customized marine rubber fenders and mooring bollards to global customers, continue to expand the international market, and create more benchmark projects.
