Yangzhou Port is located on the Yangtze River coastline of Yangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone. The reconstruction of Yangzhou Port will not only add 1,000-ton general cargo berths on the east, west and north sides of the inner harbor, but also double the length of the dock shoreline, and increase the annual throughput capacity fivefold.
Because of the special geographical environment of Yangzhou Port, JIER Marine supplied customized JDA Super Arch Fenders and JDD D Fenders as per the requirements of owner and contractor. For JDA Super Arch Fenders in this project, JIER Marine cut one corner on one end of the fender to facilitate installation. D Fenders are also easy to install, their lengths can be cut and combined according to different requirements.
JIER Marine performed Dimensional Inspection, Visual Inspection and Raw Material Inspection of JDA Arch Fender and JDD D Fender after the production.
Dimensional Inspection: All dimensions of fenders and their accessories comply with the project technical requirements.
Visual Inspection: The surfaces of JDA Super Arch Fenders and JDD D Fender are smooth and with no crack, no bulge.
Raw Material Inspection: The factory of JIER Marine is equipped with Rubber Tensile Testing Machine, Shore Hardness Tester, Abrasion Testing Machine, Aging Test Chamber and other QA&QC equipment. The results of Raw Material Inspection prove that the chemical and physical properties meet the project requirements.
