This week, one big order requiring more than 50 sets of JCO Super Cone Fender Systems including steel front frame with UHMW PE pad, chain system and full sets of anchor accessories from our Bangladesh client has been finished and shipped well. Strict test has been taken before them leaving the factory; witnessed and certificated by BV and customer inspector according to the PIANC 2002 Guideline.

Cone Fender is the latest generation of “Cell Fender” combining excellent energy capacity with low reaction force to give the most efficient performance. The conical shape keeps the fender body stable under all combinations of axial, shear and angular loading. Hence, it is ideal for berths where large berthing angles and heavy impacts need to be accommodated. Generally the frontal frame consists of Steel Panel and UHMW-PE facing pad.
