As the designated supplier, JIER Marine provided multiple sets of JCO1600H Super Cone Rubber Fender systems and JBT200 Cast Iron T-head Mooring Bollard Systems. Between 2024 and 2025, the company successfully executed the production, delivery, and inspection processes for three batches of equipment, implementing strict quality control measures throughout the lifecycle.
In December 2025, the final batch of cone fenders and T-head bollards successfully passed the rigorous inspection conducted by Bureau Veritas. In accordance with PIANC-2002 and ASTM A27 standards, Bureau Veritas conducted a comprehensive assessment. This included visual and dimensional checks, rubber material property testing, compression testing, and inspections of painting and galvanizing thickness, as well as the chemical composition of the bollards. The professional inspection report confirmed that all products fully meet project design requirements, ensuring reliable performance for container terminal berthing and mooring operations.
To meet the project’s requirements, JIER Marine coordinated closely with the owner and contractor teams to formulate a three-batch production and delivery plan. Each batch of goods passed third-party inspections and reviews by the owner and contractor before shipment, demonstrating the company’s strong capabilities in ensuring both delivery time and product quality. The first two batches of products were installed smoothly prior to the last batch, which was shipped on time after passing inspection in December 2025 and completed installation by April 2026.
