Rubber Fender Production Line: Equipped with large-scale vulcanizing machines and precision mold systems, capable of producing the complete range of standard reaction-type rubber fenders, with an annual production capacity of 50,000 cubic meters.
Bollard Casting Workshop: Utilizes automated casting production lines to strictly control the material composition and mechanical properties of products such as 2000KN bollards.
Steel Structure Processing Area: Fine grinding, the surface meets the requirements of painting.
Surface Treatment Center: Incorporates fully automatic sandblasting rust removal and high-pressure airless spraying systems, maintaining paint film thickness above 250μm, compliant with ISO 12944-C4 marine industrial corrosion protection standards.
