Recently, JIER Marine was awarded the CCS CERTIFICATE OF WORKS APPROVAL from CHINA CLASSIFICATION SOCIETY.
CHINA CLASSIFICATION SOCIETY is the only professional organization in China engaged in ship classification inspection business. It is also one of the 10 formal members of the INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF CLASSIFICATION SOCIETIES (IACS). It served as the Chairman of the IACS Council from 1996 to 1997 and from 2006 to 2007. Works approval refers to the assessment process in which CHINA CLASSIFICATION SOCIETY (CCS) confirms the product production conditions and capabilities of the product manufacturer through the manufacturer's data review, approval test and product manufacturing process review. It is suitable for products that are mass-produced through continuous processes or whose quality is guaranteed entirely based on the product production process. The CCS CHINA CLASSIFICATION SOCIETY WORKS APPROVAL CERTIFICATE is based on the Chinese Chemical Industry Standard HG/T 2866-2016 Rubber Fenders and the Chinese National Standard GB/T 21537-2021 Cone Rubber Fenders. At the same time, JIER Marine, as a national standard-setting enterprise in the fender industry, has obtained this certificate again, which is a great affirmation of JIER Marine's rubber fender production capacity.
CHINA CLASSIFICATION SOCIETY (CCS) approved different types of fenders including JSC Super Cell Rubber Fender (400H-3000H), JDA-A Super Arch Rubber Fender (150Hx1000L-1000Hx2000L), JCY Cylindrical Fender (φ150-φ2500), JUE π Type Fender (300H-1600H), JD-Type Rubber Fender (150x150x3000-500x500x3000), JCO Super Cone Fender (500H-2500H) , which are widely used fender types. During the inspection procedure, CHINA CLASSIFICATION SOCIETY not only inspected the rubber fender products, but also inspected the drawings, technical specifications, professional quality management system of the factory, etc.
