Warmly Welcome Kenya Ports Authority and Contractor Team

【SUMMARY】: On April 18^th, Kenya Ports Authority and its contractor representatives visited the rubber fender factory of JIER Marine to inspect the quality of our rubber fenders and mooring bollards. JIER Marine’s overseas market team gave them a warm reception.

On the afternoon of April 18^th, Kenya Ports Authority (KPA) and its contractor representatives visited our rubber fender factory. The overseas market team of JIER Marine welcomed them and introduced JIER Marine's overseas business development and recent implementation of major projects. Besides, products such as foam filled fenders, super cone fenders, super cell fenders, cylindrical fenders and mooring bollards are also shown in detail.  

All JIER Marine factory and JIER Marine fenders are approved by BUREAU VERITAS to PIANC 2002. Moreover, JIER Marine is the only fender company in the world who has CE factory approval certificate of welded steel structural fabrication for marine onshore system. All JIER Marine’s products conform to high international standards. The visitor from Kenya came into the rubber fender factory and learned more about the production process of rubber fenders and mooring bollards. In addition, they witnessed some critical tests including compression test, dimension inspection, thickness inspection of marine paint and HDG accessories for rubber fenders. All tests are carried out according to PIANC 2002.

After the inspection of rubber fenders and mooring bollards, the representatives from KPA and JIER Marine’s overseas market team had a meeting to discuss some project details. At the meeting, the representatives from KPA praised JIER Marine for its high-quality rubber fenders and mooring bollards and efficient implementation of the contract. JIER Marine established several cooperation with KPA on some major products, such as IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS IN MOMBASA PORT. When the project was completed, JIER Marine received a recommendation letter from KPA because of our responsible attitude and excellent quality on rubber fenders and mooring bollards. In the future, JIER Marine will continue to be professional, reliable and produce more rubber fenders and mooring bollards with splendid performance so as to have more opportunities to work with KPA and other ports authorities in the world.
